Chatter Etiquette

Read along and these rules are nothing out of the ordinary; keep in mind that as long as you behave like you would in real life, these bingo chat rules shouldn't be a problem.

No Caps

The online bingo Chat Monitors are the only ones allowed to use CAPS in chat. This is in order to maintain hierarchy and help the participant differentiate instructions and rules from the rest of conversations happening in the online bingo chat room. Normally the use of caps in chats is considered rude, but as mentioned, in the case of the online chat games in CanadianDollarBingo.com it is used to maintain a one way communication direction with the Chat Monitor.

No Font Colors

The Chat Monitors are the only ones allowed to use color RED in chat. Some of us are more internet savvy than others and know how to add colors and other attractive characteristics to online chats. In CanadianDollarBingo.com, chat’s the use of font color is limited only to the Chat Monitor only. This is to ensure that the Chat Monitor’s instructions and comments stand out from the rest of the conversations in the online chat room.

No Answering Questions

Only the Chat Monitor is allowed to answer player’s questions. This is part of his/her job. If players interfere it will cause confusion, so even if you might want to share your knowledge or experience with the other online bingo players please allow the Chat Monitor direct the player properly.

Ask Customer Service

If you have any Customer Support related questions please contact Customer Support directly. Any questions regarding deposits, deposit bonuses, payouts, please contact Customer Support and you will be properly assisted. The Chat Monitor is limited to the online bingo games activity and has no access to your CanadianDollarBingo.com account information. Customer Support will be glad to help you anytime, please remember they are available  via  Help Desk tickets and email.

Respect

The online bingo chat rooms will be conducted in a respectful manner, by all and for all participants. We do not allow, under any circumstances, racial, sexual or ethnic slurs. Nor harassment, threatening or vulgar comments. In order to have a fun and pleasant experience we bid of you respect for the Chat Monitors and your fellow online bingo players.

No Promoting

Players should not promote other websites or other companies in CanadianDollarBingo.com chat rooms. If you are not happy with your CanadianDollarBingo.com experience contact Customer Support directly to provide them with your feedback, or seek further assistance with any issue you might have pending.

No Complaining

Players should not engage in winning related complaining. Sometimes you might feel you are going through a rough patch in your luck, and you will want to complain about it. Please feel free to do so by contacting our Customer Support staff via  Help Desk Ticket, phone or email. They will be glad to hear your feedback. Do not engage in chat complaints as this causes discomfort amongst all players.

Not abiding by these rules of Chat Etiquette will result in the cancellation of your chat privileges for a period of minimum 24 hours. If the Chat Monitor, or our Customer Support staff, detects a violation of the terms here expressed the player’s online bingo chat privileges will be removed for a period of 24 hours, as minimum and a note left in the player’s account.
