Are you having troubles getting our mailers?
Maybe it is your mail setting?

EarthLink
Allowing Email from Specific Senders
Note: The information below applies only if you've activated Suspect Email Blocking.

If you have activated Suspect Email Blocking and would like to receive email from someone, you must add that person's email address to your Address Book. You can think of your Address Book as your list of allowed senders; messages from people whose addresses are in your Address Book are put in your Inbox. Messages from anyone not in your Address Book will end up in your Suspect Email folder instead of your Inbox. (If messages from people who are not in your Address book are appearing in your Inbox, see our Frequently Asked Questions for possible solutions.)

If you need to receive email from everyone within a particular company or other organization (e.g., your coworkers or an online store), adding an entire Company (Domain) to your Address Book is usually more convenient than adding people to your Address Book individually.

If you want to import a large number of email addresses into your Web Mail Address Book, see our Frequently Asked Questions for suggestions.
